Good Earth Farms is a small but mighty force in the local food sovereignty movement.
Our business is run as a social enterprise that allows us to live out our values and give back as much as possible to community groups, societies and individuals who are active in growing food, maintaining seed varieties, sharing gardening skills and knowledge, building community and contributing to a brighter, more food secure future for all.
Each year we donate a large amount of the seeds we produce to several groups including seed libraries, seed banks, community gardens and Seedy Saturday events. We also offer school / group fundraisers and donate the proceeds from the sales of our Banana Nano pea seeds to the Comox Valley Youth Climate Counsel as well as the Igloo and Orca bean seeds to the Orange Shirt Day Society.
